Logibee's mobile applications connect planning and enterprise systems with the people carrying out logistics work in the field. Those experiences need to stay clear and dependable across devices, product variants, and changing operating conditions.
We are looking for an experienced Flutter engineer who can own important mobile decisions and help the team deliver reliable applications across Android and iOS.
What you will work on
- Build and evolve Flutter applications for driver-facing and enterprise logistics workflows.
- Develop API-driven mobile experiences that remain usable through poor connectivity and changing field conditions.
- Maintain reusable, responsive code across multiple product variants without losing product quality.
- Improve application performance, reliability, diagnostics, and release confidence across Android and iOS.
- Work with product and backend engineers to shape practical end-to-end workflows.
What you will own
- Technical decisions for significant mobile features and shared application foundations.
- Code quality through thoughtful reviews, testing, debugging, and maintainable architecture.
- Difficult production issues from diagnosis through a durable fix.
- Clear collaboration that helps other engineers make sound mobile engineering decisions.
What we are looking for
- 5–10 years of software engineering experience with substantial production Flutter and Dart work.
- Strong understanding of state management, mobile architecture, responsive UI, and REST API integration.
- Practical Android and iOS build, release, debugging, and performance experience.
- Experience designing reliable mobile behavior for intermittent connectivity, local state, and synchronization.
- Fluency with Git and collaborative engineering practices.
- Sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to guide quality through example and review.
